Temperature readings are fast - just 3 to 4 seconds. This unit features a 360-degree rotating display that changes in 90 degree increments by a push of a button, so it's easy to read at any angle. It is accurate to ±2°F (±1°C) up to 248°F (120°C). The unit can be set to °C or °F.
