Pink butcher paper, or peach paper, is an excellent way to wrap briskets because it absorbs grease and doesn’t trap all the steam created during a cook. This allows smoke in, keeps the brisket moist and the bark drier for better texture. The custom printed paper is great to have on hand to wrap sandwiches, package food or line barbecue trays.
