Add variety to your grill with a piquant smoked sausage made with a blend of Kurobuta pork, American Wagyu beef, habanero peppers and real jack cheese seasoned with jalapenos. Southside Market and Barbeque coarsely grinds our beef and pork with pepper jack cheese and habanero pepper and creates a special sausage to fill natural pork casings. The finished product is a peppery sausage with the smooth jack cheese and an added kick of two different peppers. The handcrafted sausage is gluten free and made without MSG.
