Our pork belly is at its best prepared with a low temperature, slow cook technique like braising or oven roasting to develop a meltingly delicious tenderness. A final sear will impart a beautiful brown finish that is crisp and addictive.
SRF Kurobuta pork is all natural and is raised without any added hormones. We produce our pork belly without the skin. We are not able to fulfill requests for a skin-on pork belly.
The average weight is 6 pounds. Our Berkshire pork belly is a natural product and the actual weight may vary by +/- 0.5 pounds.
